Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at Stratus! We want to ensure that your buying experience is smooth and transparent. Please take a moment to review our shipping policy.

 

1. Processing Time:

  • All orders are processed within 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your payment. We will notify you via email if there will be a significant delay in the processing of your order.

2. Shipping Rates:

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer various shipping options with different rates to choose from based on your delivery preferences. Shipping is free for orders over 50$.

3. Shipping Destinations:

  • We currently ship to addresses globally. For any inquiries regarding shipping to other locations, please contact our customer service.

4. Order Tracking:

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information will be available within 2 hours of shipment.

5. Shipping Times:

  • Estimated delivery times vary depending on the shipping method chosen at checkout and your location. Please refer to the estimated delivery times provided during the checkout process.

6. Delays and Issues:

  • Stratus is not responsible for any delays caused by natural disasters, customs processing, or postal service disruptions. We will work diligently to resolve any issues that may arise during the shipping process.

7. Missing or Damaged Items:

  • In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or some items are missing, please contact us immediately, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

Once we have received the packaged the product, we will package the items individually, and each user will receive an email confirming the order has been shipped + the tracking number.

Return & Refund Policy

 

We have a 30-day return policy, which mean that you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund. Also, if the customer believes that the item that they have received was either damaged, used, or not in the condition as advertised, please follow the instructions down below. 


1. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

2. To start a return, you can contact us at info@statusaustin.com with the reasoning of the return and the information provided above.

3. We will review the reasoning and if your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 
 

Exceptions / non-returnable items 


- If the item is not in the same condition as received, returns are not permitted. 

- If the item was not defected, damaged, etc.

- If the customer sends the item back without fulfilling the return process.
